Springfield, MA Laptop PC Repair - Florence Street, Chicopee

Welcome, my name is Steven Schaeneman, I'm a professional computer and laptop repair technician that lives in the Springfield, Massachusetts area "Chicopee". I have been repairing computers and software problems for over 12 years, I have the experience and know how to fix PC Windows and Mac computer laptops fast. Backing up your data is always my first priority, even if your computer is completely not working. I specialize in both hardware and software.  All repairs comes with a 90 warranty.

There are four different ways you can have your computer fixed.
1. You can drop it off at my location and pick it up the next day. This is the most affordable way to have it fixed.
2. I can pick it up at your location and return it to you the next day, a little more money but well worth it.
3. I can come to your location and fix it on the spot. Usually it takes less than 2 hours to repair the problems.
4. You can mail your computer to me if you live far away. If we use express mail, it can be back to you in 3 days.

Most all computer problems are easy to diagnose and fix. With the price of a new computer costing under $250, it makes little sense to pay someone $80 an hour plus the costs or parts to fix it.

The repairs I do usually cost $50 for the labor. On average most computer repair issues are either operating system or software related, usually there is only the cost of the labor to fix it. The biggest hardware problems are usually the power supplies and laptop motherboard DC power plugs becoming loose. They cost about $40 brand new and are very easy for me to install. The biggest software issues are viruses and malware, I can absolutely remove any computer virus with a 90 day warranty. Hard drive and memory upgrades are also very reasonably  priced.

I'm always glad to look at your computer or laptop free of charge. I can very quickly and easily let you know whether it is worth fixing. If you don't want your computer fixed but need to recover the data on your hard drive this can also be done very affordably.

Laptop hardware problems such as spilling something on your key board, dropping it, or the screen not working right can be a little more difficult for me to work with. Some laptops are very easy to fix and others are a little harder to fix if I can't obtain a schematic diagram of the design.

Laptop manufacturers are very secretive of their designs because they want to be the only company that can fix it. If you have a complex laptop that has a big problem, I work very closely with another independent computer repair technician that specializes in laptop repairs only. He can fix almost any laptop. Like me, he is very affordable and I would be glad to refer you to him.
